However, previous works confine themselves to recombination epoch and give various strong constraints on constant. this paper, we also take reionization into consideration do a consistency test of from From data combination Planck 2018, BAO data, SNIa samples, SFR density UV IR measurements, Q HII constraints, find constraint during is α rec / EM = 1.001494 +0.002041 -0.002063 its counterpart rei 0.854034 +0.031678 0.027209 at 68% C.L..
